- Health data (special category): examination, diagnosis and treatment records, X-ray/imaging results
- Transaction security data: IP address and cookie records during website visits
- Appointment data: information submitted via the booking form
3. Purposes of Processing
- Creating appointments and communicating with you
- Planning and providing examination, diagnosis and treatment services
- Fulfilling statutory retention and notification obligations
- Measuring and improving service quality
4. Legal Grounds
Your data is processed under KVKK Articles 5 and 6 on the grounds of explicit legal provision, establishment and performance of a contract, legal obligations, and provision of healthcare services. Health data is processed only by personnel under confidentiality obligations and solely for treatment purposes.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared with authorized public institutions where legally required (Ministry of Health, SSI, etc.) and, to the extent treatment requires, with laboratories and imaging centers. Your data is not transferred abroad and is never shared with third parties for marketing.
6. Collection Method
Data is collected via in-clinic registration forms, the website booking form, phone and WhatsApp channels, by partially automated and non-automated means.
7. Retention
Health records are retained for the periods required by applicable healthcare legislation and securely destroyed afterwards.
8. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the third parties it is transferred to, and claim compensation for damages. Send requests in writing to info@magmadis.com or our clinic address; applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days.
